How do I set up my availability?
Here’s how to make your schedule work for you:
- Head to the Availability section by clicking your name in the top right corner.
- Create a schedule that fits your needs — choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options.
- Fine-tune your schedule with custom hours or set up date-specific exceptions like time off or extended hours.
Apply your schedule to events:
- Assign your new schedule directly to event types.
- Prefer to keep things flexible? Simply copy availability across events.
How to create my Booking Page?
- Go to the Booking Page section and click “Create New Booking Page“.
- Set Details: Name your page, choose a template (consultations, meetings), and add instructions (location, what to bring).
- Select Participants: Choose whether it’s for one person, a team, or round-robin scheduling.
- Choose Meeting Type: Set if it’s a video call, phone call, or in-person meeting.
- Set Time: Define meeting duration, buffer time, and booking window.
- Customize and Save: Adjust the style, enable alerts, and choose confirmation settings. Click Save to finish.
How to set up Smart Alerts?
Automate your schedule with Smart Alerts in SUMO1.
1. Choose a Pre-built Template.
2. Select from templates like Reminder, Feedback Survey, Follow-up Request, Send Links, or Thank You to quickly set up alerts.
3. Create a Custom Alert:
- Choose a descriptive name for your alert.
- Select where the alert will trigger, such as booking pages or templates.
- Decide when to send the alert, whether before, during, or after the meeting.
- Choose the delivery method, either email or SMS, for the host or invitees.
Once set up, your alerts will automatically notify participants, saving time and enhancing communication.

Journey Builder automates your appointment scheduling process, creating personalized experiences for customers and routing them efficiently.
Steps to Set Up Your Journey:
Create Custom Forms. Capture essential information from your customers with personalized forms.
Present Choices. Offer customers options like location or service type with customizable cards.
Set Conditions. Define conditions to direct customers based on their selections.
