Spruce Up Your Emails: Adding Clickable Links to Your Signature (Gmail & Outlook)
Ever wished your email signature could do more than just display your name and contact info? Well, it can! By adding clickable links, you can direct recipients straight to your website, social media profiles, or wherever you want them to go. Let’s update your signature in two easy steps!
Calling All Gmail Gang:

Find Your Settings: Look up in the corner of your inbox and spot the gear icon. Click it, then dive into “See all settings.”

Craft Your Clickable Magic: Scroll down to the “Signature” section. Here, you can edit an existing signature or create a new one. Add the text you want to turn into a link (e.g., “Website”). Highlight the text, then click the “Link” icon (it looks like a tiny chain). Paste the web address you want to link to, and hit “OK.”
For the Outlook A-Team:

New Email, Who Dis? Click on “New Email” to get started. Head over to the “Signature” section and choose “Signatures…”

Let’s Get Linking! Select the signature you want to edit, or create a new one. Add the text you want to link and highlight it. Click the “Insert Hyperlink” icon (it looks like a little globe). In the “Address” field, paste the web address you want to link to, and click “OK” twice. Easy!
Bonus Tip: Don’t forget to save your changes!
